The gentlemen doing the work did a fabulous job. However, when speaking with a lady named Amber, i was extremely disappointed in her lack of professionalism. I called to see if they were coming to pick up materials and she was very rude. I had her on speaker and my friends in the car were shocked at her comments. She was very rude and unprofessional. They did the work on Thursday morning and i called Monday afternoon to see if they were coming back to pick up their materials and it made her angry. They told me they would be back Monday morning so i called at 1:00. I was kind but she was not.
