After our home entered escrow, we found significant damage! It had to be fixed quickly to prevent the escrow from falling through. The captain and his crew were outstanding. I especially appreciate how the skipper is straightforward and won't mince words when expressing his perspective on what needs to be done and how long it will take. Anyhow, his team finished the project, and the escrow was closed. I'm grateful.

I have a significant water leak behind the kitchen wall. Based on online reviews, I discovered OKC Restorations, and I'm delighted I did. Not only was the service first-rate, but the next day I contacted, the captain and his crew began repairing the damage. The thing I liked the most was that there was no back and forth; I just sent the paperwork to the insurance company once, and it was all taken care of. I had no issues getting my insurance to reimburse me. Damage was quickly and skillfully repaired.

The water heater for my in-laws' home literally exploded around 4:30 a.m., flooding the house, while I was house sitting for them while they were away. I started frantically trying to get in touch with a flood restoration business for immediate assistance. I began my internet search and sent many mails to various businesses. Within 5 minutes after my contact, OKC Restorations returned immediately, and an hour later, their team was at the house getting to work. Excellent teamwork, reasonable pricing, and first-rate communication! No one ever wants to have to make this call, but if you ever find yourself in a predicament like mine, you should make this crew your first call! A+

We had a basement water overflow as a result of our upstairs toilet breaking. Soon after arriving, OKC Restorations started working. They did an amazing job of reassembling our house. Their fee was reasonable for the work. One caution. To start, they will just provide a demo estimate; after the demo, they will provide a repair quote. The work was done well.

Our condo was flooded as a water supply hose burst. We phoned OKC Restorations since they came highly recommended. They arrived quickly, provided us with an estimate, and immediately got to work. We couldn't be happier with these guys from beginning to end. They went above and beyond to fulfill their promise to do what they said they would. They answered their phones and were prompt and kind.

There are just too many nice things to say about OKC Restorations. A home for which we were in escrow had mold that was found during the inspection. On a Sunday, the expert gave us excellent advice, a second quote, and an assurance that the job could be completed on schedule. We had asked for assistance and a second opinion regarding the mold mitigation approach. We will definitely call OKC Restorations if we ever need a restoration in the future.

Exceptional and prompt service. The specialist arrived to assess some water damage that was a few months old. Even when that meant letting us know we didn't need to hire them, he was upfront and honest in his evaluation. They operate a trustworthy business. We had a damage in the roof and saw water stains in some of the indoor walls. The expert came out to look at it. Very nice and professional. He looked at all the issues, explained in depth what he is doing and what the measurements meant. Thankfully the moisture in the wall is already gone and it is just water stains left. Mike didn't charge me heavily. Would recommend OKC Restorations to anyone! Great and honest individuals..

After a serious flood or storm you require prompt, professional cleanup services to restore order. That's what OKC Restorations provided for us. I wish this wouldn't occur again. However, OKC Restorations will be my first call if it does. The specialist was affordable, dependable, and responsive.

We contacted OKC Restorations after noticing a spot of discolored drywall following a relatively wet season and detailing the issue. After asking for images, they planned a visit to assess the damage. The expert was outstanding; he patiently answered all of our concerns while carefully evaluating the wall and using equipment to measure its moisture content. We are totally delighted and will use them again if we ever require water damage restoration!

Water damage caused by a tap repair project to a faucet in the upstairs bathroom. There was a problem getting the water to the faucet shut off properly. The result was waters spilled onto the bathroom floor and seeped down to the dining room below the bathroom and damaged the ceiling. We are very happy with the work done by OKC Restorations.
