We had a leak in our ceiling from an air conditioner. Soon after, the ceiling fell. OKC Restorations sent Marcus to help us out. And did he help us! He cleaned up the mess, vacuumed and set up a drying system. He explained everything, answered our questions and concerns and made us feel better about the situation. Marcus was outstanding and better than we had expected.

We experienced water coming up from our floor boards in a bedroom. We were able to get a plumber out to stop the leak. We called OKC Restorations the same day and they came out to assess the damage. My wife and I were out of town for the weekend and our mothers were relaying us the information of the damage and the steps moving forward. From the beginning, we had no unknown expectations. Marcus and his team were prompt, informative, and made the horrible situation less horrifying than expected. The entire team was professional, courteous, and responded to my needs very quickly.
