We had a pretty significant leak from an upstairs bathroom down into a ceiling. The crew was amazing at not only fixing the damage but also keeping our home clean. They worked so hard, and I’m pretty sure they could build a house from scratch with how skilled they are.

Had some black mold. The demo team was efficient and did a good job with protecting the floors, and sealing off with plastic. However, I had to call to request they come back to finish demolishing the flooring, which was part of my initial concern (visible black mold on the flooring tiles in the pictures they took). After the 3 days of the air scrubber and dehumidifier, they returned to deal with the actual mold. That’s where I’m disappointed. Even though it was estimated, there was no sanding of the exposed framing. After applying the Kilz, I had to point out spots where there was still visible black mold on the framing, after they had already packed up to leave. They came back and redid that, but it felt like a very unprofessional lack of attention to detail. Besides the use of a dumpster, this felt like a service I could have done on my own with the same results and not worth the expense.
